Quality Policy

The nature of PG Stage Electrical Ltd’s business is to provide design, consultation, production, installation, testing, training and maintaining of technical theatre, performance facility and broadcast studio systems to a wide variety of customers.

The company is dedicated to a quality policy that will ensure that its products and services fully meet the requirements and expectations of its customers at all times.

The objectives of the policy are:

  • To develop and maintain an effective Quality Assurance System complying with International Standard ISO9002 (Quality Systems) and meeting the needs and requirements of our customers.
  • That our quality processes are a developed across the company from the ground up and are communicated and understood across the organisation.
  • A commitment to reviewing and continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant statutory, technical and safety requirements.
  • To ensure compliance with the NICEIC Technical Standard and other appropriate Codes of Practice.
  • To endeavour to maximise customer satisfaction through implementation and review of quality systems and in continuing to strive for improvements in service quality.
  • To ensure that management review meetings sets and reviews quality objectives, and reports on internal and external audits and customer feedback as a means to monitoring, measuring and reviewing the effectiveness of quality processes.
